In November of 2012, I made my second trip to Kathmandu, Nepal. I was speaking at a Conference in the city and working with a small Village Slum while I was there. Of the different countries that I have been to and the people that I have met, the Nepalese people are some of the most beautiful people. Kathmandu itself is a crazy place and there are some dramatic contrasts. Here are some photos I took.
If you ever get the chance to visit Nepal, seize it. I love the place. And the final photo is of course – Mt Everest – this is the view from the Airport at Kathmandu. Certainly breathtaking – but the beauty of the country is its people.
