I was researching to see what I could find out the line, “Sometimes, I guess there just aren’t enough rocks,” from the movie, “Forrest Gump.” I am putting together a lesson for a ladies bible study at my church. I’m calling it, “Drama Imitating Life” and I am using clips from famous movies, then illustrating certain biblical principals that these lines and scenes represent utilizing scripture to make it all come full circle. I found your blog about this and was so happy to have come across it. You did a great job of breaking it down. Thank you for the help. I will be quoting you in the lesson. I have not had the opportunity to read more of your blog as of yet; but if the reset of it is as good as your Forest Gump piece, I will definitely enjoy coming back to it — which I plan to do, so please don’t STOP. Please, keep blogging.
