An hour ago I posted a blog about the failure of the Bail system and AVO’s citing two cases, the one regarding the Bourke Street Terrorist (who was out on Bail) and a Tweed Heads woman who was murdered 24 hours after taking out an AVO as she feared for her life.

After posting the blog, I went and watched the Channel 10 News. They were reporting on the Sexual Assault of a 7 year old in a Kogarah Dance School toilet last night, by a 54 year old man. Channel 10 reported that the attacker was a convicted rapist who had been released from prison two weeks ago. So he was out on parole having not yet served his full sentence for raping a 64 year old woman six years ago.

And he rapes again.

Another example of the failure of the judicial system.

Where is the Royal Commission into the Court System of Australia.
