Recently I taught my 12 year old daughter Laura, how to drive a tractor. As I reviewed the footage later, I noticed that the way I taught her is reflective of my leadership philosophy and the leadership principles I use in the leadership roles in my life. So here is the raw footage of the 6 minute lesson. I have highlighted the principles as the video progresses. Note the emphasis on encouragement as a Leadership tool. I blog this to inspire you.
