I am so so excited. Apparently the Justice System of the Commonwealth of Australia has decided to totally capitulate to a person’s spirituality. So if I commit a crime according to the laws of the nation of Australia, the Justice System will acknowledge my faith in Christ and the expression of that faith, before the requirements of the law of land.
Well this is what I conclude.
Saturday’s Daily Telegraph dated the 14th of May 2016, covered the story of Milan bin Ahmad-Shah Al-Shmadzai and his appearing in the Parramatta District Court before Judge Jane Culver.
Convicted Criminal Al-Shmadzai, who in a previous court appearance had refused to stand as the Judge walked in, began to pray during his court appearance on Friday, causing the sentencing appearance to be postponed. The law of Australia and it’s outworking was delayed due to a man’s requirement for prayer. Wow. How cool and how spiritual is that? (Insert alarmed sarcasm).
The article goes on to tell the story of how Al-Shmadzai at one point completely ignored the judged and her requests for acknowledgement and instead stood with his back to the judge (via video link) and began to pray.
I quote:- ‘Judge Culver was forced to leave the bench until he had finished (praying) and when he refused to response to her, and when asked why he couldn’t afford her the courtesy of indicating his need for prayer, he answered: “For me to prayer on time is more important”.’
End quote.
The cynical side in me says that if a Christian did the same, they would be held in contempt court and charged accordingly.
But in the West, we have two rules. One for Muslims and one for everyone else.
I am simply pointing that out.
If you disagree, have a look at the NSW Anti Discrimination laws, that specifically protects Muslims and completely ignores Christians.
We in the West continue to capitulate to the wishes of Islam. And now our courts silently scream Allahu Akbar.
That’s all I have to say.

Perhaps, Peter, we Christians need to become violent and kill people randomly so that people, courts and governments will become afraid of us and show us respect. You are right. That is totally insane. And it appears that this is what is happening in lots of places world-wide. We need a revival, Peter, and maybe all of this will drive us to our knees.
This is the tip of the iceberg. Unless Australia stands up to this Islamisation which is happening worldwide, we will be in the same situation as Paris, London and Germany….
Without doubt Islam and its’ followers are of the devil. And ‘tolerance’ and political correctness are our biggest mistakes and enemies. Much prayer and plain talking is needed.
“And now our courts silently scream Allahu Akbar”
“Train up a child in the way he should go, And when he is old he will not depart from it” says the Psalmist and I guess the reverse is true as well. But “How, then, can they call on the one they have not believed in? And how can they believe in the one of whom they have not heard? And how can they hear without someone preaching to them?”
